Will Windows ever be supported for Crowd-Apache-Connector?

There's a (long) open issue to support the new connector on Windows (CWDAPACHE-7) but, for now, this is the way to go.

Well the documentation for the old version needs to be updated as the ppd 's are no longer available at those locations. mod_perl is unavailable in the location mentioned on the document.
