How To Integrate On-Premise Confluence to Rovo

Pragnya Prasu Sahoo

I have created a Rovo ChatBot agent where I want to integrate our On-Premise Confluence pages as we don't have cloud confluence.

But I can't able to find any option to integrate the On-Premise Confluence.

So, how we can do it ?

And if that option is not there, then when can we expect this feature to come ?

Hi @Pragnya Prasu Sahoo 👋🏼

Welcome to the community! ✨

To integrate on-premise Confluence Data Center with Rovo, you'll need to set up an application link and configure it within the Atlassian Admin Center. This involves creating an application tunnel, defining an OAuth client, and authorizing Rovo to access your Confluence instance.

You can refer this document for more details.

I hope this help! 😊

Thank you for this information.

As I don't have admin access, I will ask the concerned people to do it.

But I have 1 more follow up question:

Once on finishing connecting Confluence Data Center, we will see Confluence Data Center as filter option in Search.

But as you will be aware that in confluence there would be multiple Spaces.

So, in that filter option will we have the option to select specific spaces that we want to integrate ?

Hi @Pragnya Prasu Sahoo

Thanks for sharing more details 😊

Yes you should be able to filter option. Within that filter, you will have the ability to select specific spaces to include or exclude from the search results within Confluence.

Refer this document to learn about the filter options and apply the same.
