How many users we have on our Crowd ?

Hi all,

I'm new to Atlassian, and I think you are going to hear more of me in the future.. but let's start with this one: Is there a way (I bet there is) to check the total amount of active (and nonactive) users we have on our Crowd ?

P.S. What are those optional bounty's ? Are you supposed to collect them or spread them? What is the normal reward? 1,2,3 ...? o_0

If you had untick the 'Active' box in the user profile in CROWD, you can list the active users with the following SQL query

select * from cwd_user where active='T';

If you're checking users that are counted towards the license in JIRA, then you might be interested in this documentation.

You can check the total amount of user:

Go to Administration -> Licencing -> Recalculate your user total
