Cannot modify virtual service agent for JSM portal

Question

Hello Rovo Community,

My goal is to create a Virtual Service agent/chatbot that will assist customers of the JSM Cloud service portal in getting help or creating a support ticket.

However, when I'm getting to the "Create Service Agent" option in the studio , after this step, I can only follow pre-defined options such as :

* Choose the project name.
* Select the default request type.
* Then, on the "Identity screen", I cannot change Name or Description for the Virtual Agent.
* Once the agent is created, I also cannot see it in the list of my agents
* In the project settings "Virtual Service Agent" I cannot replace it with my custom Rovo agents.

Please advise if you have any ideas / workarounds

I am not able to create a custom agent that allows the use of same features as the built-in agent.

Is there a template or such?

You can definitely create a custom agent irrespective of OOO (in-built) agents available with Rovo. Let me know if you want me to provide the prompt to create a new custom agent without coding (no code).
