It's probably your network problem. If you can't access https://recaptcha.net/, you can't create a site. You have to find a way to access it.

Here are a few things I would suggest checking:

Ensure that you can access https://recaptcha.net/ this is required to create the site.
- Try using a different computer or a VPN as it might be a firewall blocking you.
Trying to connect on a different network.

The “Invalid Recaptcha” or generic error may indicate that the captcha isn’t loading or completing, especially due to network restrictions. Many users have resolved it by using a VPN, trying a different network, or using incognito mode.
