How do I add team members so they can view task?

To view the JPD ideas you need to add user to the Contributor role by navigating to the porject settings --> Access and they can access the pject ieads in read-only mode.
Are you referring to internally or externally?
Internally, depending on the access settings for your project, you will need to place the users into the Contributor role within the project.
Externally, you can publish a view that contains the Ideas you want to be visible and share the link.
