Lost access to Trello boards – logged in via Google, now everything is gone

Hi, I hope someone from Trello staff can help.

I used to have an account under the email `a****@alldigitalads.com`. I always logged in via Google. Today, when I logged in, I was asked to register again — and now it shows me an empty new account with no boards.

I still have Trello emails from that address (invitations, updates from boards), so the account definitely existed.

I also had private boards that I can no longer access.

Can someone from Trello help me recover access to the original account or boards?

Thanks for sharing the links.

Checking the Board, there is a board member with an email starting with "a" (a****@alldigitalads.com). But I've noticed two board members, including the Workspace admin, with the user "ocean," are under a Gmail domain.

Do you have another email that you might have used in the past?

Thank you so much for your reply.

"Ocean" is my user account.
However, for some unknown reason, all data appears to have been wiped. My team have lost access to our boards — they now appear as "closed", and I no longer see them and my workspace.

I’ve attached a screenshot from my inbox that shows my username and the email address associated with the account.

Could you please investigate further or advise what might have happened?

These boards were very important to my team, and I’d greatly appreciate any help in recovering them.
