However, it seems to offer awesome training and development training which can invaluable.

I record a few Looms a week, all on my own time, and share them with team members. These can focus on new processes where I model them in the Loom, providing status updates on projects, or reporting bugs to Product and Development Teams. I post these in Slack and in Confluence pages for discussion and knowledge sharing.
