Color of Member Name Circles

Question

Hello -- as we add more an more people to the Trello workspace, some colors are being reused. These are the icons that have people's initials and go on the cards that are assigned to them.

For example, we have two members who's initials are JP and JR who both share the same shade of green. How do we change the color of one of their greens?

Thanks for the response. We like the initials, is there a way to just change the color?

The members can upload a profile photo and then their picture will appear there instead of a generic color with initials https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-your-profile-picture-avatar/
