This is currently a blocker for our planned integration with Confluence. Hoping for an update from the Atlassian team soon.

Hi team - checking in to see if there’s any update on MCP compatibility with ChatGPT.

The connector shows up and can connect successfully, but it’s still grayed out and can’t be enabled in Chat.

Can you confirm whether Atlassian plans to enable the required chat capabilities or if this is still limited to Deep Research / developer environments?

Two things are happening for me:
1. When creating the new connector as specified in this chat, it actually works, but Agent Mode is not present, I only get Chat and Deep Search.

2. Once in the chat, the connector does show, when enabled I had two icons, the icon of the out-of-the-box Atlassian "Custom" connector and my custom connector, none work.

Any clue?
