Lost access to my board when forced to log in

Question

Hello, I have lost access to my board when forced to log in on the Mac app. It treats my old icloud mail as a new account. When logged in I see no boards.

I have checked, and on my icloud there are mails from Trello since April, so I'm pretty sure this is the correct account.

How can I recover my old board?

Hi @icloud, welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When you first logged in, did you possibly use the Apple Login feature and select the option 'Hide My Email'? If you chose this option, our system would have received an anonymous email address that looks like this: <random code>@privaterelay.appleid.com instead of a standard email address.

Can you try using the Log In with Apple button at https://id.atlassian.com/login to see if you can reach your boards successfully? If you still can't access your account, please let us know your Trello username.
