Lost access to admin

Hi, I noticed that being the admin of the Jira org I no longer have access to administer the organisation. I don't have the Jira administration app and when I click on settings I see "you not longer have access to Jira settings or Atlassian admin". How to resolve this?

Well, it's clear that they've removed your administrator access. You'll have to speak to the current administrator and request your access again.
