What do I set CATALINA_HOME to for a Bamboo install on Windows?

Question

When I try to start Bamboo, I get the following error:

To run Bamboo in the foreground, start the server with start-bamboo.bat /fg

The CATALINA_HOME environment variable is not defined correctly

This environment variable is needed to run this program

What do I need to set the variable to?

After searching around the batch files I found it wanted the default install directory C:\Program Files\Bamboo
