Crucible integration with JIRA

G'Day experts,

We are new uses of Crucible and looking for some how to.   What we want to do is from within JIRA click on a transition that's called "Crucible Review".  We want that to automatically create a review with the changes sets that are tied to that particular JIRA, with the assignee of the JIRA being the one who created the review, and a screen that has fields to choose the reviewers.  Then ideally the reviewers would automatically be notified that they are have code review waiting from them.

Is that possible?

The default way of creating a review from JIRA is through the development panel, and create review from changesets shown, as described here https://confluence.atlassian.com/crucible/creating-a-review-from-jira-298977462.html

A more advanced option would be to hit the create review URL in a post-function in JIRA. The URL is described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/crucible/creating-a-review-from-a-url-298977459.html , but unfortunately I dont know enough about JIRA and how to create post-functions like that.
