JDP Project Visibility

Who can see a Project under JDP? We want it to only be the people who are working on it. I want to make sure I have it set up correctly as someone outside of the team was able to see it.

Open or Limited
- Anyone can view
- Caveat being that they will at least need Contributor access to JPD as a product
  - This will automatically be the case for anyone licensed to Jira or JSM
  - If a user is not licensed to Jira or JSM, there is a contributors group for JPD they can be added to
Private
- You'll need to set the group or user into the "Contributor" role within the project

NOTE: If you're on the JPD Free plan, all JPD projects will be set to "Open" access.
