We are encouraging the product team to keep communication with cross-functional teams within JPD and use JPD to notify teams when they need something relevant to a JPD idea. I've noticed that people are copying multiple names to CC team members, which can be inefficient and annoying. It would be helpful to create groups of people, similar to how permissions work in Confluence, where you can assign access to individuals or groups.
User Story: As a product manager, I want to be able to notify a specific team about a JPD idea without having to manually add each person's email. Instead, I want to be able to simply @ mention the relevant team (e.g., @ xyz team).
