Is there a way in trello to find the link of the automation or integration set up?

I wanted to trace the duplicate card, where it is coming from so I can delete them. I have a trigger that when typeform is filled out trello will create a card via zapier. But someone on my team created the same automation but we can't find it but a card still generate. I want to check the link of this card or the backend automation where it is coming from.

If you are using Zapier then i think would be good to login to it (as user that is used to set up integration) and check History. Maybe there is also a duplicated Zap. On Trello you can also check activity feed maybe this would give some kind of clue when and how a card is created. You might also review also all Butler automation on the Board were the card exist.
