Hello, Melike

Welcome to the community

To start our investigation, we would like you to do some tests:

• Could you please try to reproduce the error incognito? (Incognito or private)
• With the browser open use the shortcuts below to enable incognito mode:
• Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
  • Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.
• Does the same problem happen in other browsers as well? (Ex: Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.)

KInd Regards
Alisson
