Luckily, there was a follow up email after few hours:

You recently received an email with the subject line "Rovo is being retired." This email was incorrect and sent out in error.
Atlassian is fully committed to Rovo and we will continue to serve our Rovo customers. While Rovo is fully operational and available, the Rovo Beta program has been discontinued as planned and previously communicated.

So there is nothing to worry about
