Why am I getting an error dialog box asking, "Are you sure you want to cancel SourceTree installation?"

I'm trying to install the latest version of SourceTree for Windows, version 1.8.3.

But I keep getting an error dialog box asking, "Are you sure you want to cancel SourceTree installation?"

Same with me. Were you able to install?

No. Apparently Windows Vista isn't supported by SourceTree.
