The subscription payment is not going through

Dear Atlassian Support Team,

We are currently experiencing an issue with processing our subscription payment. Every time we try to make the payment, an error occurs. Could you please assist us in resolving this problem as soon as possible?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
