Is it possible to link Issues from Linked Applications in Project Discovery?

I have linked another Jira Instance into my instance with Project Discovery in, but I don't appear to be able to link tickets from the linked instance in as Linked Issues, or into the Delivery tab on Ideas.

Is this possible? If not is this roadmapped for being added?

my understanding is you have a Jira project and a Jira Product Discovery project that are on a same site e.g. xyz.atlassian.net ?

We have an internal site at abc.atlassian.net and a public site at xyz.atlassian.net

We have used Application Links to allow linking tickets between internal and the public site with Jira Software and Service Delivery boards, but I can't seem to do this as part of the Project Discovery board.

Thanks @Matt Hirst this is probably because JPD does not support cross-site linking yet. This is something that we are aware of and will be exploring in the future.
