Why can't I edit/delete the uptime banner on our statuspage?

When I try to edit a component, it shows that I have "Display Uptime", but there's no way to edit to turn that off.  And when I try to create a new compnent, it doesn't allow me to add children to it.  It feels like my level of access changed, but it shows that I'm a Product Admin.
