Is it possible to manage limited deadlines setting for individual tasks?

For example, how to set that only the specific person or the person who assigned the task can change the deadline for the card (or advanced task)? Now members of my team can easily change the deadline of the task if they can not fulfill the work until the deadline. Thank you.

Trello has limited intra board permission. The kind of restrictions will not be achievable since board members, except for those set as observers, would have access to the data on each card thus enabling them to make changes. Trello is a collaboration software.
