Recived email from a suspicious atlassian email.

Good afternoon, I just recived an email from a suspicious account on my University Email. 

This is the first time when I heard of Atlassian, so I don't know why Atlassian would just create an account for me.

However sent the email knows my uni email and my name which make me believe it's genuine.

In the 2nd picture you can see the email ending with id.atlassian.net

Can someone please clarify this for me?

It sounds like someone has added you to their Atlassian instance. This is a forum more for help working in the Atlassian platform. If you want to investigate this or ask that your Atlassian account is deleted, this is a job for Atlassian support, which you can find here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ 

If you don't manage to open a ticket, let us know and we can get Atlassian to look at this post.
