Trell says I don't have an account, but I do

I have Trello on my computer and the app on my phone. I can get into Trello on my phone, but it won't let me sign into my laptop account. 

I have tried to change my password several times, but it says I do not have a Trello account. 

How can I get my info, so that I can log into my laptop account?

Welcome to the community.

Please check your phone and look for the three bars in the top left corner of the Trello app. Once you click on them, you will be able to see which account you are logged into, along with the associated email address. After that, you can try logging in on your PC. If you're having trouble remembering your password, you can also request a password reset for that email at https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword
