What are your go-to techniques for making the most out of Confluence Whiteboards during brainstorming sessions? Do you use any specific layouts or tools to get the ideas flowing? Let’s share tips and best practices!
I tend to find myself leaving any half-baked ideas on the board instead of removing them... the board is effectively infinite (although I'd be real curious to test that), so there's no reason to delete "bad" ideas. I've found this helpful in looking back at how our thinking has changed, and for remember what we actually did.
I really not follow a specific route. We just start a 10 minutes timer, then I ask the team for add stickers with their own ideas. We read and classify all of them in viable, maybe, future ... and prioritize the viables in order to make a plan.
Hope works for you,
Aris
