Avatars missing

Question

For some reason, I cannot see any avatar of any member of my organization in Jira.

I know people have avatars, others can see them on their account, it is only me that can't see them.

All I see is the initials:

I also looked in the browser network for the images, the only images downloaded are my avatar and the ones in the image above.

How can I fix that?

Yaron Malin · Answer

Thank you for your answer.

I am using Jira, not using Trello.

When I open Jira from my account, I don't see any avatar (except my own), but when I open the same ticket / board from a colleague account, all avatars are visible.

This makes me think that the users did enable the option to show their pictures.

Hello, Yaron!

Welcome to the community.

Just to make sure, did you mean Jira or Trello avatar? If the users have enabled the option to show the pictures on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility at who can see my picture it should be showing up for you as well, did you tried on incognito mode to see if the issue persists?

Kind regards
