Increase priority by aging

Question

Hello everyone.

Is there a way to automatically increase the priority of alerts? I would like to increase the alerts priorities if they are not acknowledged or are still open after X minutes.

This is Tejaswi from the Opsgenie Team and here to help.

We don't such a option available in the Opsgenie to update alert based on the time of opening of the alert. We have an FR OPSGENIE-566 logged for this option. Please upvote and add your self as watcher to track this feature request.

As workaround, You can use our Opsgenie alerts API's and create a custom script which increase the priority for all the open alerts based on your requirement.
