unfortunately, all colleagues having admin rights for our trello board left the company and cannot access our board anymore. Is there a way of getting admin rights?

You could copy or move the boards to a new workspace, if you are on the free plan. If you are on the paid plan, then you can easily assign a new admin. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-admins-of-a-workspace-or-board/
