database creation error

I got an error trying to create the bamboo  database.  

 

Bamboo bootstrap failed: Failed to run pre-bootstrap upgrade tasks. Please contact Atlassian and https://support.atlassian.com

 

What do I do?

Unfortunately, we do not have enough information to work with, however, you could start by looking at the Bamboo logs:

• <bamboo-install>/logs/catalina.out (Linux/MacOS)
• <bamboo-install>/logs/bamboo-stderr.2015-12-11.log (Windows)
• <bamboo-install>/logs/bamboo-stdout.2015-12-11.log (Windows)
• <bamboo-home>/logs/atlassian-bamboo.log (Linux/MacOS/Windows)
