As I saw in pricing, Opsgenie supports to 100 international SMS in Free plan but cannot verify my Vietnam phone number. The verification code never reach to my phone. May someone help to confirm?

You should try out another phone number and see if it works for you. Using a temporary phone number could be a solution actually. There are many options available to choose from the various country codes
