Stop deduplication

hello, 
i'm using opsgenie integrated with grafana and i want to stop the de-duplication. 

i'm using multidimensional alerts on grafana (1 alert for several metric) and i want to see on opsgenie each différent value which triggered. 

In my integration my field alias is {{alias}}.

To stop the de-duplication of alerts in Opsgenie when using Grafana’s multidimensional alerts, you’ll need to ensure that each unique alert instance has a distinct alias. Opsgenie uses the alias field to determine if an alert is a duplicate, so making sure this field is unique for each alert will prevent de-duplication.

 

1. Modify the Alias Field:

•Ensure that the alias field in your Opsgenie integration includes unique identifiers for each alert. You can use Grafana’s templating system to include different metric values or tags in the alias.

2. Update Grafana Alert Configuration:

•In your Grafana alert rule, modify the alias field to include unique identifiers for each triggered alert.

By doing this, each alert instance will have a distinct alias, preventing Opsgenie from treating them as duplicates.
