why is my permission denied for Trello?

Question

I was updating a card with a install date when this small box appeared and asked for a free trial of JIRA. When I logged in, it said I was deactivated and now I cannot open Trello in order to do my work!!!! I need someone to contact me ASAP-321-775-3017

After checking to ensure your browser is fully supported and using the most up-to-date version, try logging into Trello in the following ways to see if you can reproduce the issue you are having:

* Disable all extensions and customizations in your current browser
* Try using Incognito or Private browsing mode
* Try using a different browser on the same computer
* Try using a different network
* Try using a different computer

If you aren't able to try all those options or if the issue persists, we'll need you to clear your cache and check for errors. Here are some quick instruction links on how to do that:

* Instructions for Chrome (We only need you to check "Empty the cache" and "Clear data from hosted apps".)

Please also ensure you are logging in to the correct Trello account.
