Automatisation Enebled

Question

We have created a workspace with templates. When there is a new project, the board is copied from the template workspace and pasted into the workspace of the new project. Automations are linked to the board or list. These are copied, but are automatically disabled. We then have to manually set this to enable. How do we ensure that the automation is also automatically enabled?

@Barbara Lescrauwaet what you're experiencing is the expected behaviour - when creating a board from a template, the automations won't be enabled by default. Automations exist at the user level, not the board level, so you as the user would need to be a member of the new board and enable the different rules on this new board. To help speed things up, I'd suggest using a command library: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/working-with-command-libraries/
