Too Many Collaborators in Workspace

Hello- nothing has been changed with my workspace in Trello over the past 3 years, and today it will not let me make any changes to my workspace or boards because it says the workspace has over 10 collaborators. I go to members and the workspace only has 3 people total, so I am confused on why it says we are over 10.

Hi @Jenna Bernadyn, was there any chance that you were looking at the list of members in the board rather than the list of members in the Workspace overall? If you're viewing the collaborator count for the entire Workspace, it should look like this (but with different numbers):

The limit applies to the entire Workspace, so if the board has 3 members but the Workspace it belongs to has more than 10 collaborators total, that board will still be impacted.
