OpsGenie does not start

Question

I started the free Atlassian course and some of the videos say clicking an option will start the OpsGenie however, the OpsGenie does not start. How do I get this to start?

I am using Jira Service Management

May I know your Atlassian cloud site name for the Jira Service Management product?
It will be in the format of https://sitename.atlassian.net when you open the JSM product in your browser.
