Discord Power-up

Question

I ran into errors with the Discord Power-up. I completely removed and de-authorized it from both Trello and Discord and attempted to re-add and re-authorize. However it seems to retain previous data (notifiers), preventing me from selecting a server & channel despite clicking the 'delete' during the power-up disable & removal process. How can I completely reset and remove notifiers in the Discord Power-up? (I have reached out to their support but have not heard back in over a week.) I only need 1 working notifier.

Yes, I've done those steps. Unfortunately it didn't help. I hope their support will actually reply.

Hi Ben,

If you are referring to the Discord Notifications Power-up, as a third-party Power-up it would be best to wait for their Support's reply on how they can help.

Reiterating some troubleshooting steps you can follow to try solving your issue in case you missed any steps:

* Go to the board where this Power-Up is enabled.
* Open the Board Menu and select the Discord Notifications Power-Up.
* Select Remove personal settings and Disable the Power-Up.
* Go to https://trello.com/my/account
* Under the Applications section, select "Revoke" under any entries for Discord Notifications (if any are found).
