Automatic Branch management of tags in Bamboo

Is there a way that I can make Bamboo's Automatic Branch Detection work for tags as well. I am stuck creating branches for each tag when a release tag is made.

If this feature needs to be added I would suggest it be added under Branches with an option like this:

Automatically manage tags

[] Automatically manage tags

Only create tags that match [ ]

Remove after [ ] days

Just like you do for Branches.

Hello Daniel,

I don't think Bamboo can auto-detect tags at this moment. I think there is an open issue in the Bamboo tracker: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-13618 - if you feel this is what you are after then I'd recommend placing your vote on that issue (and add yourself to the watchers).
