Security scanners are finding issues with a certificate being used for port 9090 (clustering mode) can cluster-node.properties and or port 9090 be deleted on single node installations

Bamboo will listen to port 9090 and have a cluster-ready environment by design. There is no way to explicitly disable such feature.
If you would like to disable such behaviour, you'd have to block incoming traffic on port 9090 on your server by using a firewall or network filter rules.
