Why can't we add more members?

Question

We only have seven collaborators on our Trello workspace board, but it's not letting us add another ... I know the new limit is 10 so why would this be the case? Thanks!

Please look at the Total number of collaborators (across ALL your boards in your workspace) See https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/

Thank you. My board doesn't display that way, but regardless, we have two members and five guests. Help!

The devil is in the detail. You may have 7 members on the board but you may have 10 collaborators in your workspace.  Click workspace > members to see your collaborator count...
