If I currently have a scheduled automation set up to everyday move cards from list A to a list B
If there are no cards at all in list A during time of scheduled automation, does the automation still count against the monthly quota?

It will use up 1 operation per day doing this if the list is empty...
I'm talking about automation, not operation.
In Trello, you have automation command runs and operations.
This will consume 1 command run and 1 operation
