I have added email address as a custom field for cards on a board. Is there a way to create a CSV file of these emails?

With Trello Premium, yes you can export custom field data via CSV or spreadsheet:https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/exporting-data-from-trello/#Export-to-Excel---Spreadsheets As you are on the Standard plan, you might be able to find a similar feature in our Power-ups page: https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=csv
