Trying to add an email or text to a specific card on an existing list anymore? Option disappeared

When I want to move an email or text message to a particular card that already exists on an already existing list I do not see that option any longer.   

I did not change my operational settings.   It always wants to Add Card to the list and I just want that message to go into an existing card.   It does not even allow me to go into my workspace and move it into another card from the list either.   

Is this a Premium feature now or do I need to do another step?
