Can I change the number of users I pay for monthly?

I teach a 3-week long class periodically, and I need Trello access for all my students during that time. The rest of the time, I do not. Can I change the number of users that I have to pay for on a monthly basis, every month? How does this work in terms of cost?

You'll need to sign up a Monthly billing cycle.

At the start of your billing cycle, what ever your active user count is at that date is your per user billed amounts.
