Dash Card not Working

Question

I have a Dash Card that is set up to pull from another board anything using specific labels, due this month.  Its not pulling it onto my staff members todo board.  It says nothing is due and i fact over 16 cards are labeled and sue this month and her dash card still says "0".

I too use them extensively, i know hte set up is correct and i have deleted it and rebuilt it already once.

I have used Dashcard extensively for my client projects. So far it has been work well for me. In cases where it is not tracking properly it is usually due to incorrect setup of the tracking card.
