Do collaborators need to be on PAID plans to access a board with 10 collaborators already?

Question

Question arises due to upcoming changes on April 8th, 2024.

I'm on free version and have a board that has 21 collaborators.

* If I pony up for a PAID plan - will that be enough for all the collaborators(on free plans) to access the same board, view and edit?
* Or do all collaborators ALSO need to be on PAID plans to access this specific board?

Thanks for your reply.

When I go to the specific Workspace settings I do not see the upgrade options but do see the "Manage Collaborators" button.  When I hit that I see one multi-user guest and nineteen single-user guests.

From your explanation, am I correct that the nineteen single-user guests will be no-charge?

In terms of how many billable users you need, this will depend on whether any of the 21 members could be single-board guests. These guests are free on paid plans.

You can also get an estimate from within Trello, to give you an idea on what it would cost based on your current setup:

* Go to Trello's homepage
* On the left-hand side, open the settings options next to your Workspace ("v" icon)
* Select Settings
* Next, on the left-hand side select Workspace settings > Upgrade workspace
* Scroll to the bottom of each list; this will provide you pricing estimates (aside from Enterprise, you need to contact sales for this. There's a button on this screen to do that).
