Form to submit for educational pricing

Sharon Widup

Hi all, I'm struggling to find the application form to submit for discounted educational pricing. The link appears to redirect to a page that lists the types of discounts, but I could not find the actual application form that is required for the purchase.

Would anyone have the link to the actual application form to submit, so the purchase can be made?

Thank you for your assistance!
