Can you set an email update for when anyone ticks an item on a checklist?

I've got a client that needs an update when any changes are made on a board. There are mainly checklists on these cards and I've been trying to setup a notification/rule/report/action that sends an email if anyone ticks an item on any of these checklists.

Is this possible?

Currently all I can see is that you can get a notification email when someone comments on a card, but nothing related directly to checklists.

Please assist?

Thanks Perisic but this automates it for Slack, not email directly?

Thanks but when you open the question this is what it says:

Hi I need help. I've been trying to automate where the trigger is ticking an item from my checklist then the action will be sending a message in slack.

It seems that the command is correct, however it doesn't seem to work.
