Calendar View embed or share calendar with non-members

I am considering using Trello as an event planning tool for multiple training classes for 2 departments.

The confirmed events need to be shared with many training centers.

What is the best way to share the calendar with non-paid members?

The company is using MS Teams, Sharepoint, and Outlook.

There is a Sharepoint site.

Is it possible to share the calendar view of confirmed events on the Sharepoint site?

Or link to an Outlook calendar or a page on Teams?

Using Trello as an event planning tool for training classes across departments is a great idea, given its flexibility and ease of use. When it comes to sharing the calendar with non-paid members, especially when integrating with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook, there are several approaches you can consider:

1. Share a Public Trello Board Link: For basic sharing needs, you can make a Trello board "Public" and share the board's link with anyone. This doesn't require the recipients to have a Trello account, but the level of interaction they can have with the board is limited, and it's important to be cautious about the sensitivity of information shared this way.

2. Export the Trello Calendar to Outlook: Trello has an iCalendar feed that can be exported and added to Outlook. Or you can use Planyway power-up to set us 2-way sync. This would allow you to share the calendar view with anyone who has access to the Outlook calendar and back. Here's a general outline of how you could do it for URL sync and 2-way sync.

3. Integrate with Microsoft Teams: While Trello doesn't directly embed into Teams as a full calendar view, you can use Trello's integration with Microsoft Teams to add a Trello tab to your Teams channel. This allows team members to interact with the Trello board directly from Teams. For the calendar, specifically, team members would need to click through to Trello for the full calendar view or rely on the Outlook integration mentioned above.

4. Embedding Trello in SharePoint: While Trello doesn't offer a direct way to embed boards into SharePoint natively, you can use SharePoint's website embed feature to include a public Trello board on a SharePoint page. This approach requires making the Trello board public and is similar to sharing a link but embedded within your SharePoint site. Note that the embedded view might not be fully interactive in the same way as it is on the Trello site.
